Can I sell my own contracted hotels and tours?
Yes — this is the core use case. You add your own inventory: packages, contracted hotel allotments, guided tour departures. Hopnow handles the booking flow, payments, and operations. Live GDS inventory can optionally supplement your own.
Can I take deposits and collect final payments?
Yes. You set the deposit percentage per package. Hopnow automates balance collection on the schedule you define — customers receive reminders automatically, reducing your manual follow-up to near zero.
Can I manage passengers, rooming lists and manifests?
Yes. Every departure has a full passenger list with dietary, room type, and travel document data. One click generates a formatted PDF manifest or hotel rooming list — ready for your supplier or ground handler.
